Obasi Jackson releases a tribute music video celebrating his late brother Pop Smoke called, Work

Obasi Jackson created the Work Video with his brother Pop Smoke in his heart and mind. Work is a celebration of Pop Smoke and a tribute to the impact he made on many lives.

On the single, “Work” Obasi’s talent is apparent as you hear his vocal range perfectly change from deep tones to higher pitches throughout the song. Obasi gives listeners a melodic r&b sound mixed with a Hip Hop vibe.

Obasi does the famous Pop Smoke dance in the video while representing Canarsie and the Woo with his apparel. Obasi commends those who put in the work to reach their goals just as his brother did. The song is designed for everyone to feel the motivation to accomplish their dreams. His brother is an ideal example of how the life you want can be accomplished if you put in the work.

YNW Melly – “Gang” (First Day Out)

YNW Melly released a new music video titled, “Gang” and the video features several music artists you may be familiar with including PNB Rock, Blue Face, Lil Durk and more!

We get to see YNW Melly in raw form bouncing around in the street happily without a care in the world. Its an unparalleled energy transformed through the screen of pure “Living My Best Life” momentum – millennial style.

It really reminds me of a documentary or day in the life video which is dope to watch. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Ella Mai – “Shot Clock”

What I love about Ella Mai’s new music video, “Shot Clock” is the authoritative vibe and baggy 90 era clothing. In the lyrics you’ll realize Ella Mai is saying don’t lose your opportunity to be with her. Since its all about timing and the title is shot clock we see several scenes on a basketball court.

I love the women empowerment and strong demeanor to say timing is of the essence rather than women steadily chasing a man. Instead of waiting on him you give me an ultimatum no excuses.

Yalee – Sing Sing Music Video [ Shot By Mack Lawrence ]

Yalee released a new visual titled, “Sing Sing.” The music video has excellent graphics including  mountains, a boxing ring and an endless realm of creativity.

“Sing Sing” is mainly black and gold with an immense swag.  The chorus of the song is based on the things women tend to say to him such as,

“She said I like that gold in your mouth, its that bling bling.”

During “Sing Sing”, Yalee talks about his grind and the beauty he’s trying to pursue. The video is vibrant and the song is a definite catchy original.

Drake – “In My Feelings” Music Video

Yes, the moment we have all been waiting for, Drake released the official music video for his single, “In My Feelings” featuring Shiggy!

The video begins with a funny clip of Drake behaving in his feelings while he stands outside asking Lala Anthony, Keke in this case, to come outside. Through the window Keke is curving him while Drake is confessing his love. But wait it gets better, Keke’s mom who is the mom from the Cosby Show, Phylicia Rashad sets Drake straight and kicks him off their front lawn. Drake makes jokes for days in just the first two minutes of the song.

The video was shot in New Orleans and has a throwback feel. As expected and gladly, Shiggy from the Shiggy Show is featured in this music video dancing and ultimately being himself. In this video, you will see beads, bright colors, hype dancing, grills and most importantly, legit music clips from fans that have posted the Shiggy/InMyFeelings challenge clips through IG.

That’s right! A few people were chosen to be featured at the end of the music video showcasing their best dance moves to, Drake’s “In My Feelings.”

It’s such a good feeling to see someone from New York take off. Shout out to Shiggy!

There’s also a funny skit featuring Shiggy towards the end of the video.
