YNW Melly released a new music video titled, “Gang” and the video features several music artists you may be familiar with including PNB Rock, Blue Face, Lil Durk and more!
We get to see YNW Melly in raw form bouncing around in the street happily without a care in the world. Its an unparalleled energy transformed through the screen of pure “Living My Best Life” momentum – millennial style.
It really reminds me of a documentary or day in the life video which is dope to watch. Check it out and let me know what you think.
What I love about Ella Mai’s new music video, “Shot Clock” is the authoritative vibe and baggy 90 era clothing. In the lyrics you’ll realize Ella Mai is saying don’t lose your opportunity to be with her. Since its all about timing and the title is shot clock we see several scenes on a basketball court.
I love the women empowerment and strong demeanor to say timing is of the essence rather than women steadily chasing a man. Instead of waiting on him you give me an ultimatum no excuses.

Yes, the moment we have all been waiting for, Drake released the official music video for his single, “In My Feelings” featuring Shiggy!
The video begins with a funny clip of Drake behaving in his feelings while he stands outside asking Lala Anthony, Keke in this case, to come outside. Through the window Keke is curving him while Drake is confessing his love. But wait it gets better, Keke’s mom who is the mom from the Cosby Show, Phylicia Rashad sets Drake straight and kicks him off their front lawn. Drake makes jokes for days in just the first two minutes of the song.
The video was shot in New Orleans and has a throwback feel. As expected and gladly, Shiggy from the Shiggy Show is featured in this music video dancing and ultimately being himself. In this video, you will see beads, bright colors, hype dancing, grills and most importantly, legit music clips from fans that have posted the Shiggy/InMyFeelings challenge clips through IG.
That’s right! A few people were chosen to be featured at the end of the music video showcasing their best dance moves to, Drake’s “In My Feelings.”
It’s such a good feeling to see someone from New York take off. Shout out to Shiggy!
There’s also a funny skit featuring Shiggy towards the end of the video.

Burna and Karima Scott just released a new music video called “The Reality.” This music video is interesting because the star of the video Mitchell Ross, Jr. plays out the lifestyle of a struggling artist. He wakes up with no running water, opens a refrigerator with no food and no liquids except condiments and then he tries to start his car but he has no gas.
This video goes to show that having an apartment and car doesn’t mean everything is great. In life you never know what someone is going through. For example, when he jumped in the car he had on a fresh suit appearing to go to work or to look for a job. You would have never known he was struggling.
Many people know what it’s like to have a dream and not have the money to fund their career path. We see him in the booth but there’s the things that most people don’t see; the struggle.
August Alsina released a new music video this week for his record “Lonely.” This year he’s released two other music videos, “Drugs” and “Wait” both videos collectively receiving over 3 million views.
In the opening shot of “Lonely” we see the back of August Alsina walking to a pay phone while there’s a street pole beaming bright red. Then we see a young lady in a grocery store and off the rip we have no idea what to expect, especially because he’s at a pay phone. Do pay phones even work anymore?
He’s singing to his loved one about how she’s not exactly treating him right. He sings, “You learn sh*t the hard way, So I’m going to give you your space, Go somewhere far away, Get your mind right.” August Alsina threats are very sweet and rnb like, in the chorus he sings when I call you I better not have to call twice.
The whole video is shot in a supermarket and there are two older people dancing in the isles. They were August Alsina’s dancers for this one. This video is really different and so is August Alsina’s style. He chose to wear his hair in pony tails.
During this week’s episode of Tremaine The Playboy the twins on the show give us a recap of a dinner they all had together. After we hear a couple confessions about the girls in the house we are intoduced to the new “Playboy” video.
The first line in this new song is “I don’t know why I’m still kissing girls that I don’t love.” He sings about being a playboy but not because he loves it but because he can’t understand why he still can’t be a trusted man. It seems Trey is giving his honest life experiences that aren’t perfect but realistic to the world.
In the video we see the dream for many men I would imagine. This dream begins with Trey Songz in a round tub with the twins and then leads to the bedroom where we see him in the bed with all the girls. Once in the bedroom we see Trey holding a couple of the girls while the others lay on the bed finding space where they can. He even has a moment in the video where he signals two of the girls to kiss each other and they do it.
But throughout this lifestyle we see Trey with his main chick better known as his ex chick which is a flashback. He clearly misses her. The girls rub all over him and when he’s with them he still imagines he’s with his ex. He feels he’s losing this battle because he wants to settle down but he’s always in a situation that makes the playboy title valid.
Towards the end of the video the beat changes and he confesses to his ex saying he wants her love back. During that section of the song we see a flashback of him and his ex in the tub making out. At the very end he’s sitting up on the bed looking at a picture of him and his ex. Then there’s a flashback to a moment when him and his ex took a picture together which was also a scene in the first music video released through Tremaine The Playboy called “Nobody Else But You.”
